About the concerts
How much does the concert cost?
Advance $12, Kids age 12-3 years Free; At-the-Door $16, Kids age 12-3 years $5. Advanced ticket sales available until 5:30 on concert day, door ticket sales open at 5:30. Series Passes are available until May 11th for discounted access to the entire season.
Where can I buy tickets?
We recommend you purchase tickets in advance Sunset Concert Series pagefor shorter lines and guaranteed access. Advanced ticket sales close at 5:30pm concert day. Tickets are also available at the door starting at 5:30. We accept cash or credit card.
What if it rains?
All events are rain or shine! Plan according to weather conditions. For wet weather, we recommend lawn chairs, raincoats and rain boots. You may also bring a small pop up tent.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Tickets may be purchased at the door at 5:30pm, but we recommend purchasing them online ahead of time on our Sunset Concert Series page, advanced tickets are only $12 for adults and advanced Childs tickets age 12-3 years Free.
Are kids admitted free?
Advance tickets for kids 12-3 are free but must reserve a free ticket. At-the-Door, kids aged 12-3 years are $5. Concerts are family friendly and fun for all ages.
Do I need to print my ticket?
We encourage you to join us in sustainability efforts. Show your ticket on your smart phone, or quote your name at the gate and have ID ready. There is no need to print your tickets.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. If you are unable to attend an event, we are happy to apply your funds to another concert. Email email@example.com to arrange.
Will there be food?
Yes, a variety of local vendors offer delicious food, drinks, and treats for purchase to our concert-goers! No outside food or drink is allowed.
Do you invite local business to vend at your events?
Absolutely! As a local, woman owned business, it is important for us to support other local vendors. We welcome local food vendors at each concert. Interested in vending at one of our events? Please contact our office at 502-241-9674 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why does Foxhollow have concerts?
At Foxhollow, our mission is to create a thriving biodynamic farm community. And we truly mean community! Our concerts are an opportunity to welcome friends old and new to our space, allowing us to share our beautiful farm and the exciting work we do while having some fun!

I love your concerts, do you offer a series pass?
Yes! Series Passes are $45 until Feb 28th, $50 from March 1st to March 31st, $55 from April 1st to May 11th and are available on our Sunset Concert Series page. Series Pass holders get fast admission and extra treats throughout the season.
Is the concert inside or outside?
Concerts are outside, giving concert-goers a beautiful view of our farm at sunset.
In the concert family friendly?
Absolutely! We are careful to select musical artists that are suitable for all ages.
How many people usually come to your concerts?
Each concert varies, but we expect anywhere from 400-1000 guests. We will close gates at maximum capacity. Book ahead to avoid disappointment.
I’m in a band, I would like to play at your concert series. How do I get into contact with you?
We book the series in early winter, to be considered for future events, please email email@example.com, including your rates and music samples.
What to expect
Can we bring outside food?
Please no outside food, drinks, or coolers. A variety of local vendors offer delicious food and treats for purchase to our concert-goers! Our vendors can often accommodate a variety of food preferences at a variety of price points.
Can we bring Alcohol?
Please no outside drinks or coolers. At each concert there are several bar stations offering a selection of wine, beer, and signature cocktails.
Can we bring a blanket or chair?
Yes! We provide the music, local vendors provide the food and drink. All you need to bring is a blanket or chair and your dancing shoes!
Can we bring water?
We encourage you to bring your empty reusable water bottles to fill once inside the concert area. We offer bottled water for purchase.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, your furry best friend is welcome. Dogs must be leashed and comfortable with children and crowds. Please be mindful of others and pick up after your pet.
Do you have an ATM?
Yes, we temporarily provide an ATM during concerts. Many of our vendors also accept credit cards, but it is best to bring some cash for those that cannot accept cards.
Can I go on the nature trail?
We welcome exploration of the nature trail during normal business hours. During concerts, guests should restrict exploring to areas adjacent to the concert and parking area for safety reasons. Children must be supervised at all times by a guardian or parent.
Can I pet the animals?
No. Foxhollow is first and foremost a working farm. The animals are pastured with minimal intervention. In order to keep you and our livestock safe, we do use electric fencing and post signs letting you know which fences are live. Assume all fences are not safe to approach. Please see a Foxhollow staff member if you have any concerns. Please help ensure your children know this rule and do not approach the animals or touch fences.
What should I wear?
Please dress appropriately for the weather. Keep in mind that our concerts take place outdoors and seating is in a grassy area.
Is there special parking for those with mobility impairments?
Yes, we offer limited parking for those with accessibility needs. Please keep in mind that our concerts take place outdoors in a field and plan accordingly. Foxhollow staff are happy to assist if needed.
Should I bring cash?
We recommend bringing cash, although we do provide an ATM for concerts. While many of our vendors are able to accept cards, some do not have this capability.
Can you accommodate a large party at the concert?
Yes! Contact Jesse Concerts@foxhollow.com to make arrangements for your group. Please no outside food, drinks, or coolers.
Are Foxhollow products served at your events?
Our local food vendors feature specials with Foxhollow’s 100% Grassfed Beef. Visit our Sunset Concert Series page to see who will be vending at our next concert.
Can we buy beef at your concerts?
Yes we will be selling beef at our Foxhollow Beef Booth right on the concert grounds! You can also preorder your beef at Online Shop or contact firstname.lastname@example.org to place your order.
Can I bring a tent?
Yes, tents are permitted. Please bring proper equipment to secure your tent and be mindful of others when setting up.
