Cooking with The Farmer & The Foodie

 

Maggie, 4th generation steward of Foxhollow Farm, and Lindsey McClave, food writer and recipe developer, are excited to launch a series of food and farming experiences! Beginning in April, join Maggie and Lindsey to explore the gardens and pastures of Foxhollow Farm. We will soak up the beauty of the farm while harvesting vegetables that will be transformed into seasonal dishes during a live cooking show. A wealth of kitchen and gardening tips and tricks will be shared along with samples for all. Maggie and Lindsey believe in the power of growing and cooking good, clean, fair food and look forward to meeting you on the farm!
