This bundle is a starting point for those interested in sampling a large variety of our cuts, but without the commitment (or freezer space) required for a 1/2 or Whole cow. Included is about 44 lbs of beef.
- 15 lbs Ground Beef
- 5 lbs Ground Chuck
- 5 lbs Ground Sirloin
- 3 lbs NY Strip Steak (about 4 steaks)
- 2 lbs Top Sirloin Steak (about 2-3 steaks)
- 3 lbs Rump Roast (1 roast)
- 2.5 lbs Sirloin Tip Roast (1 roast)
- 2 lbs Flat Iron Steak (about 2-3 steaks)
- 0.75 lbs Filet (2 steaks)
- 3 lbs Stew Meat
- 2.5 lbs short ribs
