May 12th: Milenio with Freedom Moore

Led by Cuban vocalists Itakma Luna and Orly Nunez, Milenio is a unique salsa band that covers classic American pop songs, as well as popular salsa music. Singer/songwriter Freedom Moore opens the evening with her mix of funk, soul, rock and R&B.

June 9th: Frederick the Younger with Alanna Fugate

The Louisville-based group Frederick the Younger balances strong rhythms and melodic harmonies to cook up fiesty sunshine rock.  Alanna Fugate brings her warm blend of Americana and roots rock to the stage.

July 14th: Johnny Berry and The Outliers with Fellow Travelers

The Courier-Journal said it best:  “It’s always 1966 in Johnny Berry’s world, a time when good country music on a Saturday night meant salvation, and honky-tonk was the working man’s religion.” Fellow Travelers lead off the evening with country-based rock.

August 11th: Brooks Ritter with Andrew Hibbard

Veteran musician and Louisville native Brooks Ritter’s music ranges from soul to roots music, with a little indie-rock. Andrew Hibbard warms up the stage with his honest and smart Americana.

September 8th: Hog Operation with Pennies & Roses

Hog Operation ends the series performing red-hot bluegrass steeped in Kentucky tradition.  The delightful duo Pennies and Roses graces the stage with a blend of country, folk and intricate harmonies.
