Available in limited quantities, this bundle gets you a full side of 100% Grassfed Lamb. With a wide variety cuts, you’ll be ready for everything from garlic-y meatballs to sizzling loin chops! ALL lamb orders will be available for pickup mid to late March, and you must reserve your lamb by March 1.
The cuts in a 1/2 lamb generally include:
- 1 Leg (4-6lbs)
- 1 Boneless Shoulder (2-4 lbs)
- Loin Chops (1.5 lbs)
- 1 Rack of Lamb (2 lbs)
- Ribs (1 lb)
- Shanks (1 lb)
- Ground Lamb (3-5 lbs)
