About Dana: Dana Skrodzki has been teaching yoga for 13 years all around Louisville. She combines asana, breathwork, meditation, and education about the mind-body connection throughout her classes. The practice of yoga saved her body and she’s honored to be teaching this practice to others. Currently, she provides Body Empowerment coaching and hands-on bodywork at Foxhollow Farm.
