We're grateful for the support we've received since the beginning of COVID-19. Serving our neighbors the sustainable, healthy food that we raise has always been our mission and goal.
As some of you know, our Beef Shares and some of our à la carte cuts are on backorder until the Spring of 2021. As we create new systems to support the influx in demand, it's been hard to say "no" to things we were once so eager to say "yes" to.
We're still processing animals biweekly in order to bring high-quality beef to our customers. Our small team is fulfilling orders as quickly as possible and updating our online shop daily to be sure you know what we have in stock!
We're also working to create new ways to support local family farms and businesses during this time. We've teamed up with Woodland Farm to bring you pasture-raised pork and bison. We're also offering St. Brendan Seafood's wild-caught and sustainably raised fish, and local Kentucky honey from Hosey’s Honey. Soon, we'll have chicken raised here at Foxhollow by some of our Partner Growers.
