How It Works
One Time Orders
One time orders are a great way to try new cuts! Pick which options work best for you and make your purchase.
Orders placed for pick up will be available at our On-Farm Market, open Wednesday’s and Friday’s between 3 and 6 pm. You will receive an order confirmation email once the order has been placed and a pickup confirmation email once your order has been packed and is ready for pickup. If the Market hours don’t work for you, please email foxhollowmarket@foxhollow.com to schedule a pickup time. A la carte cuts, seasonal vegetables, Foxhollow hats, and more are available for purchase at the Foxhollow Market as well.
Orders placed for local delivery are hand delivered by our delivery driver on Wednesday’s. Order cutoff is Tuesday at noon for same week delivery; any orders placed after Tuesday at noon will be delivered the following week. Local delivery orders are packed in insulated bags with ice packs and are safe to leave on the porch for up to 4 hours. If you would like an estimated delivery time for your order, please reach out to foxhollowmarket@foxhollow.com.
Orders placed for nonlocal delivery are packed with dry ice and shipped with UPS on Wednesday mornings. Due to the lifespan of the dry ice, all non local orders should arrive by end of day Friday, depending on the delivery address. Please follow these safety protocols for proper handling and disposal of dry ice. We suggest leaving the dry ice in the shipping cooler in a safe space outside until the ice has melted.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are a great way to keep your freezer stocked with our 100% grassfed beef!
Subscriptions require no contract and can be set to renew every 30, 60, or 90 days, and customers can pause or change their subscription renewal dates at any time. If you are spending time traveling, we can ship your subscription to your vacation home!
Subscribers are sent a subscription renewal confirmation email a few days before their card is charged. The order will then be packed and mailed or delivered the following Wednesday.
Local Subscriptions are also hand delivered on Wednesdays by our delivery driver. Insulated Bags
All Foxhollow delivery orders, including subscription and one-time purchases, are sent in insulated bags. These bags are reusable and a great option for outdoor outings like picnics or for pool-side snacks! If you find yourself with more bags than you need, we are always happy to take returned bags. We use your returned bags to hand out beef at Dare to Care food pantries and offer them to people in our community who are in need. You can learn more about the work Dare to Care does with their mobile pantries here. Local purchasers can leave their used bags on their porch for our delivery driver to pick up when delivering a fresh order. Non local purchasers can reach out to grassfedbeef@foxhollow.com for a UPS label to send bags back.
