Join the hosts of KET’s The Farmer & The Foodie for a hands-on farm experience and live cooking class at Foxhollow Farm! Maggie Keith, farmer and 4th generation land steward of Foxhollow, and Lindsey McClave, food writer and recipe developer, will share a wealth of kitchen and gardening tips and tricks as they guide you through some of their favorite summer dishes. Hearty samples will be available for all and a signature cocktail, mocktail, beer, and wine will be available for purchase throughout the class.

Using farm-fresh ingredients allows us to make dishes that fit all types of dietary restrictions- gluten-free folks, vegetarians, and vegans are more than welcome! Please include any dietary needs or food aversions in the notes at checkout. 

Our cooking classes are great for many ages. Please use your best judgment in deciding if your child is mature enough to join the class with you. We feel most kids 10 and up enjoy our classes. 

The class will start at Foxhollow Market. We will gather and make introductions at 5:30 then head to the garden promptly at 5:45 to harvest what we will be cooking. Please wear appropriate shoes for walking about a farm and weather-appropriate clothing for being outdoors. Maggie and Lindsey believe in the power of growing and cooking good, clean, fair food and look forward to meeting you on the farm!
