Beef Suet

This bundle gets you a full side of beef. Your side can be cut to your specifications, but the cuts below are representative of what is generally included in the approximate 185 lbs of beef. The Half Beef Bundle is about 8 boxes (see example in photo). It will fit inside a large chest freezer (about 10 cubic feet, such as this chest freezer).

Due to high demand, beef shares will be fulfilled Summer 2021.

How it works:

1. Decide which Beef Bundle best fits your family, whether its 1/8 beef bundle or a whole steer.
2. Check out online and pay the 10% deposit to reserve your bundle.
3. Due to high demand, beef shares are taking longer to fulfill than normal. Beef shares will be fulfilled in Spring 2021. Thank you for your support and patience.
4. We will reach out two weeks before your share is ready to collect final payment.
5. We will call you when your share is ready! Once you receive the call, come to Foxhollow Farm (8905 Highway 329, Crestwood, KY 40014) and pick up your order.
