Half Beef Bundle
$150.00 – $1,500.00This bundle gets you a full side of beef. Your side can be cut to your specifications, but the cuts below are representative of what is generally included in the approximate 185 lbs of beef. The Half Beef Bundle is about 8 boxes (see example in photo). It will fit inside a large chest freezer (about 10 cubic feet, such as this chest freezer).
Due to high demand, beef shares will be fulfilled Spring 2021.

- We will reach out two weeks before your share is ready to collect final payment.
- We will call you when your share is ready! Once you receive the call, come to Foxhollow Farm (8905 Highway 329, Crestwood, KY 40014) and pick up your order.

Whole Beef Share
$300.00 – $3,000.00The name says it all. You are going home with a whole animal, aka two sides of beef. Whole animals are cut to your specifications. The cuts below are representative of what you might select, but each order is uniquely chosen by you. Included is about 370 lbs of beef. The Whole Beef Bundle is about 16-25 boxes (see example in photo). It will fit inside two large chest freezers (about 20-25 cubic feet, such as two of these chest freezers).
