Cilantro, also known as Coriander in some parts of the world, is a flavorful herb that brightens up many grassfed beef dishes; tacos, meatballs, and fajitas to name a few. Aside from adding flavor to a wide variety of dishes, Cilantro also is loaded with vitamins and minerals that can help reduce inflammation, brighten your skin, and has antifungal properties. The herb has a unique flavor that some love, but others wish to avoid.
Chives are an herb, related to onions and garlic, with long green stems and a mild, not-too-pungent flavor. There is nothing like a little sprinkling of chives atop a grassfed beef breakfast burrito, loaded baked potato, or grassfed beef and veggie soup.
