Maggie, 4th generation steward of Foxhollow Farm, and Lindsey McClave, food writer and recipe developer, invite you to Foxhollow Farm for a farm tour and cooking class. Soak up the beauty of the farm and create seasonal dishes during a live cooking show. A wealth of kitchen and gardening tips and tricks will be shared along with samples for all. Maggie and Lindsey believe in the power of growing and cooking good, clean, fair food and look forward to meeting you on the farm!Classes include a farm walk so make sure to wear appropriate footwear. Using farm fresh ingredients allows us to make dishes that fit all types of dietary restrictions- gluten-free folks, vegetarians, and vegans are more than welcome!
