Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are a great way to keep your freezer stocked with our 100% grassfed beef!
Subscriptions require no contract and can be set to renew every 30, 60, or 90 days, and customers can pause or change their subscription renewal dates at any time. If you are spending time traveling, we can ship your subscription to your vacation home!
Subscribers are sent a subscription renewal confirmation email a few days before their card is charged. The order will then be packed and mailed or delivered the following Wednesday.
Local Subscriptions are hand delivered on Wednesdays by our delivery driver. Local delivery orders are packed in insulated bags with ice packs and are safe to leave on the porch for up to 4 hours. If you would like an estimated delivery time for your order, please reach out to foxhollowmarket@foxhollow.
Non Local Subscriptions are packed with dry ice and shipped with UPS on Wednesday mornings. Due to the lifespan of the dry ice, all non local orders should arrive by end of day Friday, depending on the delivery address. Please follow these safety protocols for proper handling and disposal of dry ice. We suggest leaving the dry ice in the shipping cooler in a safe space outside until the ice has melted.
