Refund Policy
At Foxhollow Farm, we take great care to ensure your grassfed beef is processed, packaged, and shipped with the highest quality standards. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we stand by our products. If your order is damaged due to an issue such as incorrect packaging, a processing error, or another distribution-related occurrence, we will gladly provide a replacement. If you experience an issue with your order that you believe is due to one of these issues, please contact us at grassfedbeef@foxhollow.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders affected by shipping delays, mishandling, or other occurrences during transit with UPS. Once your package leaves our farm, we rely on UPS for timely and secure delivery. We encourage you to track your shipment and retrieve your order promptly to maintain the best quality.
