All orders placed by midnight on Sundays are sent out from the farm on the following Wednesday.
Local orders go out for delivery in our Foxhollow Delivery van and are packed with gel cooler blocks to keep things nice and cold. We will send you a text after drop-off so that you know your package has arrived!
Shipped orders get packed with dry ice and mailed out with UPS on Wednesday afternoons. Due to the lifespan of the dry ice, all orders should arrive by end of day Friday, but may arrive earlier depending on the delivery address. Please follow these safety protocols for proper handling and disposal of dry ice. We suggest leaving the dry ice in the shipping cooler in a safe space outside until the ice has melted.

Once you're ready for checkout, you will be prompted to sign up for an account. Through your account you can check on your order status, next renewal date, and make any updates including if you want to receive your order every 30, 60, or 90 days. Once you've created the account, continue through the checkout process. Your first order will be delivered, or shipped with UPS depending on your location, on the following Wednesday. Subscribers are sent a subscription renewal confirmation email a few days before their card is charged. The order will then be packed and mailed or delivered the following Wednesday.
