Subscription FAQs

Choose the box that works best for you! From the Crew to the Deluxe Party Pack, we have options for everyone! Select the subscription option from the pricing options on the right side of the product. Once you're ready for checkout, you will be prompted to sign up for an account. Through your account you can check on your order status, next renewal date, and make any updates including if you want to receive your order every 30, 60, or 90 days. Once you've created the account, continue through the checkout process. Your first order will be delivered, or shipped with UPS depending on your location, on the following Wednesday. Subscribers are sent a subscription renewal confirmation email a few days before their card is charged. The order will then be packed and mailed or delivered the following Wednesday.

Local Subscriptions are hand delivered on Wednesdays by our delivery driver. Local delivery orders are packed in insulated bags with ice packs and are safe to leave on the porch for up to 4 hours. If you would like an estimated delivery time for your order, please reach out to

Non Local Subscriptions are packed with dry ice and shipped with UPS on Wednesday mornings. Due to the lifespan of the dry ice, all non local orders should arrive by end of day Friday, depending on the delivery address. Please follow these safety protocols for proper handling and disposal of dry ice. We suggest leaving the dry ice in the shipping cooler in a safe space outside until the ice has melted.
