Foxhollow Farm Center, Gardens and Tour
The dinner will start off with canapés and cocktails in the garden with The Farmer and The Foodie, accompanied by live acoustic music. Both will feature freshly picked herbs and produce from the gardens at Foxhollow. The Farmer and The Foodie will then lead a walking farm tour. Guests will dine al fresco, weather permitting. The Farm Center will be where the Dinner will be located if the event must be brought indoors. Foxhollow Farm Center is centrally located at the hub of the farm.
Food and Drink
Dinner will be a one-of-a-kind, curated experience that includes dessert. Ingredients will be sourced from Foxhollow Farm and picked at peak ripeness. The dinner can be plated or served family-style. A farm table, linens, and chairs that seat 8-10 people are included. The dining area will be decorated with farm-fresh produce and flowers. A signature cocktail, wine, beer, herbal tea, and water will be offered upon arrival. Wine will be paired to best fit the menu.
