Fox Hollow has had a superb reputation for decades. We love the ground beef. I make chile, tacos, cheeseburgers (the best) - well I think you know we appreciate knowing the animals are treated with care, and their feed contains nothing artificial or hurtful, therefore the cattle are healthy, free range, so what more can I say to brag?

for years i had been getting the regular ground beef, which served my purposes but the ground chuck has totally elevated me! I really appreciate the greater leaness, and the flavor is so rich! my favorite way to use this treat is to mix it with thawed froen mixed mushrooms and make 4 patties. i put a little ghee under and over just for fun and convection roast at 385 for about 18 minutes. beyond awesome! and your sales are such a help...
