1/2 Beef Share

Enjoy the full experience of a side of beef with our Half Beef Share, offering approximately 165 lbs of 100% grassfed, Kentucky beef – perfect for filling a large chest freezer (about 10 cubic feet). We provide free local delivery within 25 miles of our farm for Half and Whole Beef Shares!

With a Half Beef Share, you’ll have the unique opportunity to customize your cut sheet, choosing the cuts that best fit your family’s needs. Plus, each Half Beef Share comes with two quarts of rendered beef tallow and two bars of tallow soap at no additional cost.

Half Beef Shares typically take between 2-4 weeks to fulfill. Availability is based on seasonal processing dates, email grassfedbeef@foxhollow.com for more information on upcoming availability.  

How it works:

1. Decide which Beef Bundle best fits your family, whether it's a 1/8 beef bundle or a whole steer.
2. Check out online and pay the 10% deposit to reserve your bundle.
3. We will reach out to confirm a delivery or pickup date and to collect the final payment.
4. We will call you when your share is ready! Once you receive the call, come to Foxhollow Farm (8905 Highway 329, Crestwood, KY 40014) and pick up your order.
5. Enjoy your delicious 100% Grassfed Beef!
