Take home an Eighth Beef Share and enjoy approximately 44 lbs of premium, 100% grassfed beef! Perfectly packed into two boxes, this share is designed to fit easily in a small chest freezer (about 5 cubic feet), bringing the farm right to your kitchen.

Each 1/8 Beef Share comes with a carefully selected range of cuts – so you get a convenient, pre-packed variety without the hassle of choosing.

Please note, 1/8 Beef Shares are not available for substitutions. For a fully customized experience, consider a 1/2 or Whole Beef Share, where you can handpick cuts to perfectly suit your family’s preferences.

The 1/8 Beef Share Includes:

• 18 lbs Ground Beef
• 5 lbs Ground Chuck
• 5 lbs Ground Sirloin
• 1 lb NY Strip Steak
• 1 lb Top Sirloin Steak
• 3 lbs Rump Roast (1 roast)
• 2.5 lbs Sirloin Tip Roast (1 roast)
• 1 lb Flat Iron Steak
• 0.75 lbs Filet
• 2 lbs Stew Meat
• 2.75 lbs Short Ribs
• 3 lbs Brisket

How it works:

1. Decide which Beef Bundle best fits your family, whether it’s a 1/8 beef bundle or a whole steer.
2. Check out online and pay the 10% deposit to reserve your bundle.
3. We will reach out to confirm a delivery or pickup date and to collect the final payment.
4. We will call you when your share is ready! Once you receive the call, come to Foxhollow Farm (8905 Highway 329, Crestwood, KY 40014) and pick up your order.
5. Enjoy your delicious 100% Grassfed Beef!
