Raised on pasture with no antibiotics or added hormones - our cattle are humanely cared for and regeneratively grazed so every steak supports healthy land and a healthy you. Our pastures are Certified Demeter USA Biodynamic  and Tier 5 Regenerative through Regenified.

Delivered to your doorstep in Foxhollow insulated tote bags packed with refridgerated cooler packs to keep things nice and cold. We deliver every Wednesday, so all orders placed by 11:59PM on Sunday evening will be delivered the following Wednesday. 

Regional Shipping:

Orders placed by 11:59PM on Sunday evening will be shipped the following Wednesday via trackable UPS Express 2-Day Ground Shipping.
