Whole Beef Share

The name says it all - you're going home with a whole animal!  Whole Beef Share include approximately 354 lbs of 100% grassfed beef. It will fit inside two large chest freezers (about 20-25 cubic feet, such as two of these chest freezers). We are happy to deliver 1/2 and Whole Beef Shares locally, within a 25-mile radius of the farm, at no cost to you.

Whole Beef Share purchasers are offered the opportunity to fill out their animal's cut sheets so that they can choose the cuts that work best for their families.

*All weights and numbers are approximate. Sizes of cuts vary based on the size of the animal.

The availability of the half beef is based on processing dates and seasonal availability. Email grassfedbeef@foxhollow.com for availability.

How it Works:

1. Decide which Beef Bundle best fits your family, whether it's a 1/8 beef bundle or a whole steer.
2. Check out online and pay the 10% deposit to reserve your bundle.
3. We will reach out to confirm a delivery or pickup date and to collect the final payment.
4. We will call you when your bundle is ready! Once you receive the call, come to Foxhollow Farm (8905 Highway 329, Crestwood, KY 40014) and pick up your order.
5. Enjoy your delicious 100% Grassfed Beef!
