Foxhollow Farm 100% Grassfed Ground Beef is our best seller, hands down. This is the ground beef everyone comes back for - 80% lean, 20% fat, which means it's got enough marbling to stay juicy whether you're making burgers, tacos, meatballs, chili, anything.

Our cattle spend their entire lives on our Kentucky farm here in Crestwood. Raised on pasture with no antibiotics or added hormones - our cattle are humanely cared for and regeneratively grazed so every purchase made supports healthy land and a healthy you. Our pastures are Certified Demeter USA Biodynamic and Tier 5 Regenerative through Regenified. 

80/20 is the sweet spot for ground beef. Enough fat to keep things flavorful and moist, but not so much that you're draining off grease.
