Our Foxhollow Farm 100% Grassfed Ground Sirloin is our leanest option with a 95/5 lean-to-fat ratio. Ground sirloin comes from the mid-back of the cow, same spot where you'd find tri-tip and top sirloin steaks. We grind it for folks who want all the protein and flavor of 100% grassfed beef without the extra fat.

Our cattle spend their entire lives on our Kentucky farm here in Crestwood. Raised on pasture with no antibiotics or added hormones - our cattle are humanely cared for and regeneratively grazed so every purchase made supports healthy land and a healthy you. Our pastures are Certified Demeter USA Biodynamic and Tier 5 Regenerative through Regenified.

Ground sirloin's great for tacos, chili, spaghetti sauce, casseroles - anything where the beef gets browned and is accompanied by other ingredients.

Since it's so lean, it cooks fast and isn't the best choice for burgers (it'll dry out), but perfect when you want strong beefy flavor without the grease.
