The beef is consistent quality... These days in my opinion it isn't safe to buy beef from the grocery store. I'm thankful Fox Hollow ships to my extremely rural setting here in WV where you simply cannot find Grass Fed Beef!

This is the best ground beef I have purchased in my life. It is super lean, has a very good taste in all recipes, and I have replaced stew beef with this ground beef in main dishes. I am also impressed and relieved to know that the cattle are humanely and responsibly raised, and grass fed for the best nutrition in meat. Thank you Fox Hollow!

The ground beef was awesome. I like knowing where my beef came from and that there was not any fillers. That’s what I seemed to be finding at the stores. It should only say beef on the ingredients. Not a bunch of other crap that I cannot pronounce the words. Also love, knowing that I got it from a local source. I will be back highly recommend.

always reliable

It arrived thawed out and not only that, it wasn’t cold to the touch. I was afraid to eat it. After several attempts to reach someone I finally got hold of someone in distribution who told me it would be another package would be shipped out. This was on Monday and I have not seen a confirmation yet that it has been shipped. Today is Wednesday. If the beef arrives frozen and is good I will order more.

I have tried several other offerings from various regenerative farms and none of them comes close to the quality of FoxHollow's beef. I've been so impressed with my visits to the beautiful farm, and am very happy to know that, in addition to being a regenerative farm, FoxHollow is also biodynamic … This is rare and special. FoxHollow is a truly superior source of beef. And they also have a wonderful customer service!
