Welcome to Foxhollow Farm. By accessing our website (foxhollow.com) or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Products & Orders
Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
Pricing: All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We do our best to ensure accuracy, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after you've placed an order, we'll notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, product availability, or errors in pricing or product information.
2. Payment
We accept credit cards and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of purchase. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping: We ship to addresses on the East Coast only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Perishable Products: Our beef products are perishable and shipped frozen with dry ice. Orders must be received and refrigerated or frozen immediately upon delivery. We are not responsible for product quality if delivery instructions are not followed.
Local Pickup: Orders placed for local pickup at Foxhollow Market have a two-week grace period. If your order isn't picked up within two weeks, we'll send a friendly reminder by email and phone. After three weeks with no communication, the order will be unpacked and no longer eligible for a refund. We are not responsible for product quality if pickup instructions are not followed.
4. Returns & Refunds
Quality Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of beef products that have been delivered in good condition.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within one hour of placement. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be cancelled.
5. Subscription Services
Auto-Renewal: Subscription orders automatically renew according to the frequency you select (monthly, every 6 weeks, every 2 months, etc.). You will be charged on your renewal date unless you pause or cancel your subscription.
Managing Subscriptions: You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at grassfedbeef@foxhollow.com.
Subscription Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, products, or terms with advance notice.
6. Product Information & Disclaimers
Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free.
Food Safety: Our products are processed in USDA-inspected facilities. All beef is raised on our farm or sourced from trusted partner farms. Handle all meat products safely according to USDA guidelines.
Allergen Information: Our facility processes beef and may process pork, chicken, and other animal products. If you have specific allergen concerns, please contact us before ordering.
Not Medical Advice: Any information on our website about health benefits of grassfed beef is for informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. Consult your healthcare provider with any questions about your diet.
7. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Foxhollow Farm and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foxhollow Farm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Foxhollow Farm harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or products, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kentucky.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
