Hanger steak is one of the most flavorful cuts on the whole animal. Sourced from the plate section (upper belly), this cut quite literally 'hangs' between the rib and loin and was traditionally kept by butchers because of its incredible taste.

Our Foxhollow Farm 100% Grassfed Hanger Steak has a deep flavor and tender texture when cooked properly. With a loose grain similar to skirt steak but naturally more tender, it delivers a rich, almost steakhouse-quality experience right at home. 

Raised on pasture with no antibiotics or added hormones - our cattle are humanely cared for and regeneratively grazed so every steak supports healthy land and a healthy you. Our pastures are Certified Demeter USA Biodynamic and Tier 5 Regenerative through Regenified. 

Nutrient density testing proves that healthy beef begins with healthy pastures:
