These bones come from our cattle that spend their lives grazing Kentucky bluegrass. Grassfed bones mean more nutrients in your broth - more collagen, more minerals, better healthy fats. People make bone broth for all kinds of reasons: joint health, gut health, just because it tastes amazing and makes you feel good on a cold day.
Making it is easier than you think. Roast the bones in the oven for about 30 minutes, toss them in a big pot or slow cooker with water (add a splash of apple cider vinegar to pull out the nutrients), and let it simmer for 12-24 hours. The longer it cooks, the richer it gets. Use it as a base for soups and stews, cook your rice in it, or just sip it from a mug.
