Foxhollow Market is a place to connect with the land, the products we grow here alongside our partner growers, and the intentions behind our mission to create a thriving Biodynamic farm community. Foxhollow Market can be found at the hub of Foxhollow Farm in a newly renovated corner of our White Barn. Parking is available at the market. Take in the wonder of a working farm and behold some garden beauty as you explore right outside the market. We are between Pure Pollen Flower Gardens and Pavel’s Market Garden. Plus, we have a fruit and nut orchard trail in a shady meadow nearby.
Foxhollow Market is open Mondays and Fridays 3-6 pm and by appointment. We also invite you to come out any day dawn to dusk and hike our nature trail or wander the road to Valley View and our stone circle. Once you’re finished exploring the farm, you can help yourself to our self-serve grassfed beef honor system freezer any day of the week.
What will you find at Foxhollow Market?
Our main squeeze is our 100% grassfed beef and lamb. We also carry, pasture-raised chicken raised by Partner Grower, Jared Wilkinson, Pork, and Bison from our friends at Woodland Farm, and eggs from our neighbors at Rootbound Farm. Produce and flowers grown here at Foxhollow Farm are a great treat to bring home. Beef tallow soap, dried herbs and spices, and Foxhollow swag make for a great souvenir. Wreaths and dried floral gifts are made with love from the women of Pure Pollen Flowers.
Foxhollow Market Hayride and Happy Hours: This fall we'll be celebrating the grand opening of Foxhollow Market by inviting folks out to enjoy a Hayride around the farm as well as happy hour drinks and samples of our farm-fresh meats and produce. Join us at Foxhollow Market Fridays 4-6pm on August 19 & 26, September 2, 16, & 30, October 14, and November 4 & 11. These events are $5 for adults and free for kids. Tickets are available here. Shop our market while you learn, grow, and taste. We will theme each happy hour around what’s happening on the farm. Events include picking the best tomato and tasting its glory, how to save bean seeds and heirloom bean recipes, harvesting your own flower bouquet, and more.
