While cooking hotdogs on an open fire or grilling them alongside steaks and burgers is gratifying, I also love to think outside the box when it comes to our 100% grassfed beef hotdogs. The flavor profile is meditaerainian inspired, sophisticated enough to stand on their own while also kid friendly. Some of my favorite bougie hot dog iterations, that I know would cause my dad to chuckle, are; Diced and sauteed with farm fresh eggs and salsa. Thin sliced lengthwise, griddled, and topped with avocado and diced bell peppers. Chopped, pan fried, and sprinkle atop a salad. Gather your dogs, and get creatively cooking.
